Uses RandomSpawn and Simpleclans like Chaos 1.2 and Chaos 1.3.
Uses ArcherElite like Chaos 1.3
Removes /sethome, /spawn and water breathing from donators, creating a completely level playing field.
Border: 2000x2000 (1000 square radius around the origin)
Nether border: 1000x1000 (500 square radius around the origin)
Scale: 1 step in nether = 2 steps in overworld.
